Amazonian Treasure Trove Yields 15 New Bird Species

Arapaçu-de-bico-torto, which loosely translates to crooked-beaked woodcreeper. This bird most closely resembles a Curve-Billed Scythebill (Campylorhamphus procurvoides), said Tom Schulenberg, an expert in neotropical birds and Peruvian species, from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology.
