Recently, Bruce L. Ctibor made contact with Veritas Radio because he wanted his story to be told. He claims there have been numerous attempts on his life. On that message, Mr. Ctibor stated that he was involved with special operations, the Navy, and other undisclosed government entities. Mr. Ctibor claims he flew the SR-71 Blackbird. The Blackbird is a titatnium-skinned, supersonic spy plane created by Lockheed Skunkworks in the 1960s. He claims that in 1990 he flew the SR-71 and broke the speed record. He says even though he was recognized as the R.O.S. (reconnaissance systems officer) and not the pilot because he still had two years left before retiring. He claims there are photographs showing him exiting the front seat (pilot seat). His code name was "Starman".  The latter has not been confirmed.

Mr. Ctibor claims he also flew the TR-3B Aurora spacecraft. When asked to give an explanation of how the latter operates he refused to elaborate due to it being classified information and for national security reasons. He claims he flew as far as Jupiter at 85% the speed of light. He briefly explained how he was able to withstand such speeds even though he says he felt sick. When asked if any of these "off the record" activities were included on his DD 214 (certificate of release or discharge from active duty), he says they were not. He admits he is putting his life in danger and all he wants is to be recognized for what he has done so that he can obtain proper medical care.

We requested a copy of his DD 214 and Mr. Ctibor promptly complied. We can share with you that his full name is Bruce Lamont Ctibor. His department, component and branch is: NAVY -USA. Social security was confirmed included (not to be released to the public). I have confirmed the authenticity of the DD 214 via the Division of Veteran Services.

The following is a list of decorations, medals, badges, citations, and campaign ribbons awarded or authorized: COMBAT ACTION RIBBON; MERITORIOUS UNIT COMMENDATION {THIRD AWARD}; NAVY "E" RIBBON {SECOND AWARD}; GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL {THIRD AWARD} FOR PERIOD ENDING 91NOV30; NATIONAL DEFENSE SERVICE MEDAL {SECOND AWARD}; VIETNAM SERVICE MEDAL; NAVY AND MARINE CORPS OVERSEAS SERVICE RIBBON; SEA SERVICE DEPLOYMENT RIBBON; REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM CAMPAIGN MEDAL.

Remarks: ENLISTMENT WAS EXTENDED ON 91AUG15 FOR 01 MONTH. EXTENSION WAS AT THE REQUEST OF AND FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. TRANSFER TO FLEET RESERVE EFFECTIVE 92JUN01.

Type of Separation: TRANSFER TO FLEET RESERVE

Character of Service: HONORABLE

Grade, Rate of Rank: MM1

Pay Grade: E-6

Separation Code - NBD (Retirement 20 - 30 Years Service)

Reentry Code: RE-2 (Individuals separated for the convenience of the Government in accordance with Chapter 5, AR 635 - 200, (Chapter 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12) and reenlistment is not contemplated. Fully qualified for enlistment/reenlistment (AR 635 - 200)

Conclusion: I can only confirm the authenticity of the DD 214 document and the decorations mention on said document. However, and per confirmation of Mr. Ctibor, none of his participation in black projects (for lack of a better term) are included and cannot be confirmed via traditional channels. Mr. Ctibor confirmed that he endured several "mind control" or brainwashing sessions which prevents him from having full recollection of his entire experiences. When asked if he believes some of his memories have been erased or altered, he confirmed this is a possibility. When asked if these sessions may include episodes in which misinformation or disinformation may have been induced, Mr. Ctibor could not deny it.

In summary, all we can confirm is that Mr. Ctibor was honorably discharged from the US Navy. Confirmation about other details may be hard or impossible to authenticate. We are releasing the interview as is with the caveat everything beyond what the form DD 214 includes remains unconfirmed so use your discernment.
