S Y N O P S I S

This is a classic all-encompassing interview with the father of modern day ufology: Stanton Friedman. The interview was recorded in January 2009, 10 years before his passing in May 2019. Stanton Terry Friedman took his last breaths in this world in a place where he spent so much time over the past five decades-- an airport. He died in Toronto on May 13th, on the way home to Fredericton from a speaking engagement in Ohio. He officially retired in 2018, but his passion for speaking about UFOs kept him accumulating air miles, even at the age of 84. Over the years, he lectured in 10 provinces, 50 states, and 19 countries. We at Veritas are honored to have considered Stanton Friedman a friend. We hope you enjoy this classic interview.

B I O

Stanton T. Friedman received bachelors and masters degrees in physics from the University of Chicago in 1955 and 1956, where Carl Sagan was a classmate. He worked for fourteen years as a nuclear physicist for General Electric, General Motors, Westinghouse, TRW, Aerojet General Nucleonics, and McDonnell Doulglas on such advanced, highly classified, eventually canceled projects as nuclear aircraft, fission and fusion rockets, and nuclear power plants for space. Since 1967, he has lectured on the topic of UFOs at more than 600 colleges and over 100 professional groups in north America (including the United States, Canada and Mexico), Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Often referred to as the "Father of Roswell", he was the first to investigate the incident beginning in 1978. He has been investigating UFO incidents since the mid 1950's.
