N.S.A. Breached North Korean Networks Before Sony Attack, Officials Say

WASHINGTON — The trail that led American officials to blame North Korea for the destructive cyberattack on Sony Pictures Entertainment in November winds back to 2010, when the National Security Agency scrambled to break into the computer systems of a country considered one of the most impenetrable targets on earth.

Spurred by growing concern about North Korea’s maturing capabilities, the American spy agency drilled into the Chinese networks that connect North Korea to the outside world, picked through connections in Malaysia favored by North Korean hackers and penetrated directly into the North with the help of South Korea and other American allies, according to former United States and foreign officials, computer experts later briefed on the operations and a newly disclosed N.S.A. document. 

A classified security agency program expanded into an ambitious effort, officials said, to place malware that could track the internal workings of many of the computers and networks used by the North’s hackers, a force that South Korea’s military recently said numbers roughly 6,000 people. Most are commanded by the country’s main intelligence service, called the Reconnaissance General Bureau, and Bureau 121, its secretive hacking unit, with a large outpost in China. 

 

The evidence gathered by the “early warning radar” of software painstakingly hidden to monitor North Korea’s activities proved critical in persuading President Obama to accuse the government of Kim Jong-un of ordering the Sony attack, according to the officials and experts, who spoke on the condition of anonymity about the classified N.S.A. operation.

Mr. Obama’s decision to accuse North Korea of ordering the largest destructive attack against an American target — and to promise retaliation, which has begun in the form of new economic sanctions — was highly unusual: The United States had never explicitly charged another government with mounting a cyberattack on American targets.

Wife, daughter and writer of controversial FEMA camp movie ‘Gray State’ dead in ‘murder-suicide’

The lead writer of a controversial movie was found dead along with his wife and daughter in a Minnesota home Saturday afternoon. Officers went to the house Saturday after a neighbor called to report bodies inside. Three people were found dead and have been identified as screenwriter David Crowley, his wife, Komel, 28, and their 5-year-old daughter. 

 

A statement from Apple Valley police Sunday morning said the case would be considered “an apparent murder-suicide” and the deaths would be investigated as suspicious.

Next-door neighbor Collin Prochnow said he went to the house on Saturday to ‘gather packages that were sitting on the front steps’ when he looked inside and saw the bodies. Prochnow told the Minneapolis Star Tribune that the family had not been seen since Christmas and that a dog was also in the house.

David Crowley had been the lead screenwriter for the movie Gray State which depicts a violent police state in post-crisis America as people reject government policy en masse in frustration over economic collapse and the breakdown of society. A Daily Mail article reported on the murders in the paper’s typical style of detailed gossip but failed to link the deaths to Crowley’s work on the movie, despite exploiting “conspiracy theory” stories for web traffic.

The film covers elements of conspiracy about FEMA camps which refer to the militarized police state response to civil unrest including forced detention camps and the liberal use of deadly force against unarmed people.

More Doctors Confessing To Intentionally Diagnosing Healthy People With Cancer To Make Money

 

It happens more often than you can imagine, but more Doctors are finally getting caught in the act of misrepresenting their oath and fraudulently diagnosing healthy patients with cancer to turn a quick buck from kickbacks on chemotherapy poisons. 

 

Why shouldn't Doctors lie when the entire cancer industry is one gigantic fabrication from start to finish? Is it any wonder that cancer societies worldwide put a far greater financial initiative on chemotherapy and radiation research than disease prevention techniques? Preventing disease doesn't make money, but treating disease certainly does.

Take Dr. Farid Fata, a prominent cancer doctor in Michigan who admitted in court one year ago to intentionally and wrongfully diagnosing healthy people with cancer. Fata also admitted to giving them chemotherapy drugs for the purpose of making a profit.

Were his patients shocked? You bet they were. Who would ever suspect a Doctor of faking a diagnosis to collect money. It's unconscionable. Yet it happens with cancer and almost every disease that medical doctors can generate income through kickbacks and commissions based on the volume of patients treated with specific pharmaceuticals. Like anything people are used as a commodity.

I won’t write to the  Comments section of your website, as you suggest, because I cannot help feeling that it is juvenile to do so. But this I will say most emphatically, based on my private sources, for as you know, I am a resident of France and have many friends in high places in Paris and elsewhere: not only do I believe that the Paris circus was not done by the Muslims, I actually know for a certainty that it was not.

Muslims had nothing—I repeat, nothing—whatever to do with the carnage that took place in Paris last week.

A few young ladies whom I know and who are active in the Palestinian movement—with your own countryman, George Galloway, I believe—explained everything to me two days ago. This whole event was organized in Brussels. Even Ahmed Merabet, the first French policeman purportedly shot dead, is actually not a Muslim at all: his real name is Avigdor, and his brother’s name is Maloch, recently changed to Melek—all of them crypto-Jews in the service of  Israeli intelligence, i.e., Mossad agents.

Avigdor is in Buenos Aires right now, and will remain there for six years, a standard operating procedure with those deep in Israeli  psyops. After this he will resurface with a new identity, by which time of course the populace will have forgotten all about the Paris attacks.

THE SWISS FRANC IS OUT OF CONTROL

More than three years of stability between the euro and Swiss franc just ended suddenly, as the Swiss central bank abandoned attempts to cap the currency's value. 

The bank previously aimed to let the franc rise no higher than 1.20 to the euro (about €0.83 to each franc). As soon as the change was announced, it smashed immediately higher, breaking through the previous "ceiling". It broke through a 1:1 exchange rate, surging above €1.10. 

Here's the euro plunging against the franc, down by nearly 28% as the news broke, an astonishing move for a currency:

  

Moves like these occasionally come from countries like Russia, where a drop in a commodity they produce tanks, but they're almost unheard of in the major advanced economies. As of 1:00 p.m. GMT (8:00 a.m. ET), the euro is down by more like 14.6%, to just 1.026 Swiss francs.

Switzerland brought the currency cap in 2011, to put a halt to the constant appreciation of its currency. The franc is seen as a particularly strong and safe currency, and saw huge inflows during the worst years of the euro crisis.

This is likely to have a big impact on a lot of Europeans: For example, if you've got a mortgage denominated in Swiss francs, but you get paid in euros, it just got a lot more expensive. On the other hand, if you're getting paid in Swiss francs, that holiday to Italy suddenly looks a lot cheaper.
